| The Montclair Blues teams are traveling teams and play an intensive level of competition. The teams are all members of the New Jersey Youth Hockey League (NJYHL). Each team travels throughout the tri-state area to compete in a 40-50 game schedule. The Montclair Hockey Club fields teams at five levels of play: Mites (ages 8 and under), Squirts (ages 10 and under), Pee Wees (ages 12 and under), Bantams (ages 14 and under) and Midgets (ages 16 and under and 18 and under). These teams enter a variety of tournaments and culminate their season with a trip to the Olympic Arena in Lake Placid to play against teams from Canada and elsewhere in the United States.
